INCORPORATION

In October 2012 a Board of Directors comprised of Magrath residents was elected and officially assumed administrative and operational responsibilities of Magrath Heights Homeowners Association (NHHA) from the developer, Terwillegar Pointe Communities Inc. (Melcor.) The MHHA supplements the primary responsibilities of the City of Edmonton for greenspace and boulevards. Association fees are utilized for landscape improvements and the development of a Reserve Fund for any major repairs in the future.

LANDSCAPING

Landscaping contractor, Magenta Progreen, has been hired full-time for regular maintenance of the common areas.

MANAGEMENT

The property management firm of Ayre & Oxford Inc. were selected to handle day-to-day operations including: complaints, questions and suggestions. A comprehensive listing of their condominium, residential and commercial portfolios may be viewed at www.ayreoxford.com.
